Being Out There

I think it is kind of hard to be out there on line sharing whatever we think our “fans” might be interested in knowing  about us.  For one thing, many artists tend to be introverted.  And I am no exception.  But the other thing that I find difficult is sharing the processes.  When I am working on something new and trying to work something out, I feel I need to pull back and work on the new ideas privately.  For one thing, not all new ideas work out.  I certainly don’t want a public record of bad ideas.

Anyway, posted another piece on my etsy site.  This is a painting of a scene from the Blueridge Parkway in North Carolina.  I was down there for a plein air workshop.  My husband would check out the area while I was in class and then take me around to see the scenes.  The sun finally came out on the day we were leaving.  Imagine that.
